Payment Methods - Shipping Delays

EFT or Cash Dep using Option 1 - Fastest Shipping, Items shipped within 48 Hours.

Instant EFT using Option 2 - Takes longer to clear and Items will shipped within 72 hours.

Credit Cards payments -  Takes 7 days to clear and items will be shipped within two days after clearning total 9 days.

Rule 2 - Shipping Methods

COURIERS DOOR TO DOOR - Shipped daily insure up to R1000 (if you require extra insurance please advise before making the order)

Tracking number will be supplied for all Shipping Methods.

Free shipping - Yes Orders over a certain amount

Collections:  No Collections as we an Online Store ONLY.

Shipping Returns and Not Collected

All Returned Items either due to not collecting from the post office or could not be delivered due to no one being available to sign will be for your account.
All Returned Items and Re-shipping will be for your account.  

Checking Items before sending:

All Items are tested and checked for damages before sending to eliminate unnecessary returning and saving on postage costs.

Defective Items and Guarantees

All Items deemed defective must be returned within 7 days in all original packaging or DOA (Dead on arrival) falls away.

Items do not carry any warrantees and or guarantees.

All Returns and shipping costs are for buyer account.

Consumables sold are guaranted to fit the machines we sell.

Returned Items

All returned items carry a 15% restocking Fee provided that all items are in original packaging and returned in the same condition and unused.
